Wedge = category. Ring = stage, most solid at the center. Bigger dot = higher priority. Outlined = moved inward this week.

Stage Radar panel template
A tech radar for anything with parts: a project, your training, a skill, a renovation. Each wedge is a category and each ring a stage, so you see what's solid now and what's still out on the edge.
Angle means category: each wedge is one area, like Build or Funding. Distance means stage: Now at the center, then Trying, Exploring, and Watching at the edge.
Paste it into Hark’s chat. Hark asks about the gold parts, one short question at a time, then builds the panel on your Home.
The prompt
This is the "Stage Radar" template from Widget Index. Keep it a Stage Radar panel, titled "Stage Radar" unless I ask for a different name. Before you build it, ask me only about the parts marked [ask me], one short question at a time, in plain words that fit a Stage Radar panel, with two or three concrete options each time. Skip anything you can work out yourself or that has an obvious default. Then build it. Build me a panel on my Home called "Stage Radar". What it shows: a tech radar of [ask me: what i'm tracking], where both the angle and the distance from the center mean something. - Angle is category. Split the circle into 3 or 4 equal wedges, one per category ([ask me: 3–4 categories]), and print each wedge's name at its outer edge. Every item sits inside its own category's wedge. - Distance from the center is stage. Draw 4 rings and label them on the face, from the center out: [ask me: ring names, center out]. The center is the most solid; the outer ring is the furthest away. An item's ring comes from [ask me: what puts an item in each ring]. - The items: [ask me: the items to place], about 8 to 16 in all. Draw each one as a numbered gold dot. Dot size shows priority ([ask me: what makes an item big]), with three sizes at most. Give a dot a light outline when it moved inward since the last check. How to place the dots: inside its wedge and ring, spread the dots evenly so none overlap and none touch a wedge or ring line. Keep the same order every refresh (sorted by name), so a dot only moves when its stage changes. Where the data lives: [ask me: where the data lives]. Read it, never change it. If you can't reach it, ask me to connect or sign in. Look: make the face of the panel the design, not a list of numbers. Black background, thin off-white #f2efe8 lines for the rings and wedges, gold #DEAB42 dots, small title. Under the radar, one short insight line that tells me what matters right now (like "2 items moved inward this week"), with a dot colored by urgency: green fine, gold needs attention, red act now. One visual and one insight on the face. The numbered key (number, item, category, ring) goes below it, never on top. Rhythm: refresh [ask me: how often], and only move an item when the source changed. Remember last check's rings so you can count what moved inward or outward. Use: just glance.
